iOS 15 to be released soon
Apple typically releases a new version of iOS in mid-September. The official release date of iOS 15 hasn't been announced yet, but Apple has an event scheduled for September 14 at 10am PT, so iOS 15 should be released within a few days after that. iOS 15 will require Xcode 13 to build loop.
What should you do? Turn off the auto-update feature on your looping phone by clicking iPhone Settings/General/Software Update. Once it's released, the community's most tech savvy loopers will verify that you can both operate and build loop using the newest iOS and Xcode. This process can take a few days or even a few weeks, so you'll need to be patient. After the releases have been tested, Loop and Learn's recommendation is always to update your computer first and then your phone.
