WARNING: Apple iOS 14.4 has been released, but PLEASE DO NOT UPDATE your iPhone yet.
If you are dead in the water and do not have a working loop and are on iOS 14.3 or earlier, try to just rebuild.
If your child upgraded to 14.4 or you accidentally had auto updates turned up and have 14.4, turn off auto updates. Then try building with Xcode 13.3 if you have it installed.
Preliminary testing shows that you can build Loop Zip file, Loop Workspace, Loop AB Zip, Loop AB WorkSpace and FreeAPS using Xcode 12.3.
Note: Xcode 12.4 is rumored to have issues with Apple Watch, but that has not been confirmed by Loopers at the time of this writing.
